I've thought about doing it in similar high value areas in SE Michigan, so if it works in Ann Arbor, it may work elsewhere. 

His area include Rhode Island and parts of SE Mass and he knows every street and if its a good area or not.

If your buying REO off the MLS there should not be any problems per se, although many REO are simultaneously listed on auction sites like auction.com or xome.com. and is not without hassles. 

Look up Don Beck http://www.donaldpbeck.com/ for a lease that is heavily used by the DIG members in SE PA.

Also it doesn't always hold true in really nice parks and/or California, florida, or east coast as those parks tend to trade at a higher price and lower cap rate per se. 

There are still some pockets on the SE part of the city where you can find good deals.

My ranks have not changed, and all sites as far as I can se have suffered.This makes me believe that MOZ did a poor job crawling this month.
