I do not see any project to be done on the same city twice or 3 times in a year, if I were to charge it as part of "cost of doing business", my price would be higher as I would anticipate more and cover everything that "can happen", I would rather have it as at cost than that of adding it to price.

Also some of my contractors did not want to bid due to parking challenges of mission beach.It came out fairly nice, but the cost was crazy and I personally did way more construction work than anticipated due to getting $crewed by 2 separate handymen.
