Theaters, car dealers, service based businesses, etc may not make it very long either, further driving down real estate.Basically, there's going to be a lot of downward pressure on commercial until this is over, and a lot of stuff may never recover if it lasts long enough.

I do have a new lease till Oct 2017. so if it gets to foreclosure i have some time..that's good news. i really do want to stay i have really just settled in ..set up a awesome home theater and i love my neighbors . i was under the assumption when i moved in that i would be able to stay here for perhaps 5 years. hes now talking about moving back in if he saves the house.
