Most courts have found for the creditor in obtaining full ownership of the debtors interest in LLCs, Corporations, and Limited Partnerships.  

They also claim move-in fees avoid court disputes.

For rental property owners, the court will pay particular attention to the total net income of your rental.So, how is rental income calculated, and how does that play into child support payments? 

I would expect a court to give tenant benefit of the doubt for anything not clearly defined.

Also @Nathan Gesner I saw you have written before that if they do serve you, you can always offer to pay them off then to save you time/money of going to court.  

I’m also thinking of taking them to small claims court.

I will defer I have not chased court house steps personally in years ..

Search the County’s Prothonotary Office Purpose: The Prothonotary office handles all legal cases related to property, including court judgments, liens, and other legal actions.

Goal is not anonymity, rather the liability protection and also safety from probate court. 

I sued them in small claims court, and now the judge has issued a default judgement in my favor.
