I want to start very small since I have just bought my first house in August, got engaged, and will be having a wedding in July 2015, so lots of expenses coming up!

Definitely find a few photographers who specialize in real estate.Don't just go with someone who does weddings, nature, etc.

I would rather not run out and get married to get the gift of equity, especially with all of the planning and everything that has already gone into our wedding.
