In less than a month, we got them sold to local buyers who also know the area and they were able to move really quickly.People here on BP complain there are no good deals left.And yes, they are fewer now vs. 2009 but if you know where to look and CAN ACT QUICKLY, you can still get great deals.One simple measure we used is Price per Unit.

Hey so I'm looking to buy my first investment property, I was looking into a duplex here in Tacoma WA and found out that the numbers on the duplexes I found( ran the numbers with the existing information provided)showed decent cash flow.

I am new to REI and I would love to hear the opinions on this video from some of the professionals and some of movers and shakers in the REI world that are doing several deals per month. 

I am the owner of a small Renovation company and we do flips for investors in Tacoma, WA.

Figure out what they would need/want in order to make the move easy and try and set all those things up (movers/lawyers/accountants/local food option/organizations).  

You may be thinking more of Tacoma or something north of Seattle where it is a bit more economical but even still the property taxes out there are killer and with state income tax I would suggest the Orlando market.

@Timothy M. over the years having no debt from school (paid through the stock market) working two jobs at A of salary (120k) a year and buying from 2014 and up distressed homes with high equity it’s achievable.

With that being said I was contacted by a wholesaler in Tacoma, WA last year.
