I basically check in and skim threads when people mention Massachusetts, but I never posted an introduction. 

However, in a competitive market where deals are transacted much more quickly (and often times off-market), experienced agents/brokers with wide, deep-rooted networks, that facilitate transactions for a living will more often than not have their eyes on most properties before someone skimming the MLS will.

Sort of lame really to be honest, but if you skim through it you may end up with some nuggets that will help you sand the floors!

Especially if their is mortgage insurance the loan servicer will need to demonstrate and document they did everything possible with workout options to get the loan performing again before going a short sale or foreclosure route otherwise mortgage insurance will try to deny the claim.Owners typically will want to milk as mentioned every free month they can get.

A difference of literally 1 street can make the difference of a kid getting his milk money taken so that someone can buy crack, and a quickly appreciating area filled with up and coming artists, organic, earthy/crunchy Hipster types and amazing organic restaurants and bakeries.   

Rather than doing the messy and costly removal, they hire a normal contractor to skim coat the ceiling, I believe with normal drywall mud to achieve a smooth surface ceiling.
