I would respectfully disagree.

It’s basically bankrupt and there’s no respect for the rule of law.

Be respectful to the business you're looking to break into.

Can't comment on Montgomery County but in Philadelphia with respect to tax sales you cannot obtain title until a year from the date the deed is recorded. 

I have contacted the clerks office in each of these respective locations and they only publish documentation when a formal foreclosure has been set and the auction date is posted.

In that respect, you will have achieved a higher basis for depreciation and exclude the gain.
