I’d suggest chatting with your friend about what’s been working for him, and maybe ask for some recommendations on building a solid local team3.

This is defined as 30 days or more, and you will easily find nurses, professors, students, and more than need a 1-3 month airbnb.Speaking of, you could rent the whole space mid-term - and I suggest through airbnb or VRBO but you don't have to use those.

In short, having all the conversations and commitments in strategy, setting up LLC and all the fun docs of who's doing what, and I'd suggest even getting initial funding into account for at least EM. 

Any pros/cons on either or any other operator suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
