Im a full time investor with Property in 5 countries currently.

If finding a new replacement is more difficult then get your new property under contract first even before your old property closes.  

Most of the calls we property owners telling me my check amount was well below what they would sell their property if they were interested in selling which they weren't.We are disappointed and don't know which way to go with our Direct Mail marketing!

I am looking at a property zoned commercial where there is retail space on the bottom floor and an apartment above.   

Ended up aruond $35k for the property.

Some people continue to advise to wait until rates drop but knowing the monthly savings I am unsure if it is worth just doing it now on wither property.
