Any coaching program that promotes Multifamily investing as a way to quit your day job in 12 months easily should be avoided as fast as possible!

This is not true real estate investing - you're investing in an investment promoter who may eventually invest some of what you send him into real estate but you'll have zero control over the investment once you send off the funds.

Overall the chip factory will promote a better economy but it may take time, maybe one or two decades.

There are other companies as well, but the other issue you will run into is companies that promote themselves as Turnkey providers when in fact they either represent other companies properties or they introduce you to actual providers for a fee.
