@Raeline Scott The first thing I would do is evaluate the demand for these lots and compare them to other lots in the area. 1) You mentioned the lots are on a mountain, Is this a resort mountain area?

I did do a load of research and spoke with numerous attorneys who specialize in condo law before hiring one to file suit on my behalf, last resort when the board had little incentive to resolve the issue.

The 3rd deal is acquisition of a resort property being purchased from a Bahamian Municipality for pennies on the dollar, to then be converted into a state of the art Stem Cell Rejuvenation Center headed by a board of the leading Stem Cell Doctors in the world.As you can see these projects vary in type with the commonality being there location-any suggestions?

after calling them literally every day (not an exaggeration) for an update, i resorted to calling the service rep that came out directly and only with him on the line and three-way calling HMS with me on the line using his service professional portal did we get the answer that they claimed they completed the replacement and closed the file.

So maybe you disregard the vintage and think of A class as where you want to live, B class is where you would be willing to live, C class is where you would live if you had to and D class is your housing of last resort and where you'd only go outside in the daytime.As to your question about A class section 8--yes this does exist.
