@Jim Cran I got a fully rehabbed 5 bedroom section 8 property in North Collinwood, yeah not afraid of the higher crime areas and the other in in the Mount Pleasant neighborhood, lower crime area but this house needs a little work.

It's time to think seriously about mounting a public and political campaign to make decent, affordable housing a right for all Americans. 

We have thought about using propane wall mounted heaters in the bedrooms and the kitchen which would go along with the heat pumps in the main living spaces.
