I'm leaning towards a cheaper “band aid” solution but the leak still needs to be repaired the right way to make sellable and have it covered in sellers disclosures.

Just purchased my first STR in March and looking to buy more.

Outlook going forward:It seems the Fed will lower interest rates at their March meeting.

The draw in the summer months March to October is going to be fantastic with high occupancy and $400+ a night rates depending on size and amenities. 

my land sits (with my beautiful sign on it), I am paying interest only on the land for now (since March 2024) and I can't get construction financing, and I am growing frustrated each and every passing day.   

Property owners will eventually need to band together and fight back as VRBOs main goal is to increase the wealth of their investors and not those who rent property on their platform. 

So, Atlanta passed STR legislation in March 2022 that was very restricting.
