Hopefully you won't need any legal help either if you make any wrong moves in your endeavors.If you are a drug dealer (Not saying you are), and you are on the street corner (Not saying you are) and you approach someone and ask them if they want to buy drugs (Not saying you did), and they say yes, I'm confident that the defense of "I've already found buyers ready to go" won't be sufficient to avoid the allegation of drug dealing and possible charges.You found buyers for borrowers that may be selling because they may be in or approaching foreclosure.

But your lawyer has to ask for that.Again, I'm not a lawyer, but my understanding is that this is basically what a judge would do if I sued you for being a meanie meanie face or if I sued a politician for being a poo poo head.... none of those things violate any law, so even if my allegations are true, a judge would likely throw it out after your or the politician's lawyer (in fancy lawyer speak) said "hey, judge, what they allege isn't actually against any law..."
