Do you think its helpful & necessary for upskilling teams or is the industry not in need of it?

The "average" sub-to member has as much as $1,500 to their name, I don't think any bank is all to worried with a few thousand NON-mortgage holders commanding ten's of thousands in deposit dollars doing really anything.

You'll be on call 24/7.This is a controversial statement but the average property manager who has proven systems in place can most likely manage around 80-100 properties on their own, maybe more or less depending on how many hours they want to work.

Is the industry perfect or without fraud.
