This house was already priced about $30k over comps, if based solely on br/ba count and square footage, but it was at the crest of a hill, had mountain views through big bays of windows and views of the Denver skyline.

A couple of my regular residential local agent friends in the SF Bay Area shared they didn't know much about where to find these.

Here is a quick run down of the different areas around the lake in regards to STRs: INCLINE VILLAGE & CRYSTAL BAY, NEVADAAs of right now, a permit is required, but there are no caps.

The Tampa Bay area is more than likely not your market with those buying criteria.You will have to put meaningful sweat equity and be creative in your leasing (MTR, rent by room etc) to produce a 3bd SFH  <200K purchase price that cash flows.
