I know that major chains invest in areas where they can make money, so a Costco, Whole Foods, or Trader Joes signifies a neighborhood getting better while a McDonalds, dollar store or oil change place does not.

Some recommend you start a C or S Corp to avoid dealer/trader status with the IRS, especially if you plan on wholesaling some of your properties you get that you do not plan on flipping.

I don't know if my regular tips made him greedy but I will never hire him again, not just for his assumption about the repair but even more due to the fact that he lied about the receipt.

Now U know why you do not want your kids hanging or staying in Seaside Heights, Point Pleasant and etc. with Snookie and the pedafiles and drug adicts that are in abundance you have to be krazy... or maybe more....Greedy or let's say "ETHICAL"You can network with the Doctors and Nurses of the senior developments and assisted living centers that know when their patients might be......... um checking out.

No it shouldn't, your concern should be are you paying a really fair price of $60, and not if I am making $1 or $30, greedy people will want a chunk of the $30, but never offer to give me more then the $1 when that is what I'm making.
