I see you are over in the Inland Empire, make sure to find the local REIA.  

Lowering interest rates, QE etc. empirically has diminishing rates of return.  

I'm interested in investing in SFR's and small 2-4 unit multi-family properties in the Inland Empire, looking to utilize the BRRRR strategy (and possibly the occasional flip).

Don't be afraid to look at properties up in the valley or in the inland empire.

I am new to real estate investing, struggling to make a name for myself in this fast paced, crowded industry.

What are you trying to build into your empire?

We bought it knowing that we would move on and it would need to be a great rental.Once we bought the first place and saw the potential the bug bit us. 7 houses (8 in march) in 4.5 years and we are forming an empire that will allow us to hopefully early retire early when my husband can from the navy in 14 years (god/navy willing)2) types of finance or loans did you started off with.We started out with a VA loan.

It allowed us to work towards our rental empire when we had very little starting capital.Hoep that helps!

There's a very good club in Riverside called the Inland Empire Real Estate Investment Club it meets the 4th Wednesday of every month at the Mission Inn.
