You need to know if there is a breaker that can handle it, if there is space to add the breaker if you don't have one and you have to run the wire safely and sometimes you have to have a disconnect and you have to have the appropriate connector.

Curious if anyone else is encountering.Common "error":Stats from Airdna: -Property Average daily = $120 -Occupancy = 70% -Annual Revenue = $20kYou would expect $120 x 365 x 70% = Annual revenue however it calculates to ~$30k (not $20k) AND this is supposed to include cleaning fees.This disconnect is present on way too many listings to mark it up to "calendar is mostly blocked."

@Sam Leon not sure I have seen smoke alarm with a remote, the plus is if they disconnect that is also a violation unlike a door bell.

I bought 197 leads from them and 35% of them were disconnected numbers and the rest never requested info on a mortgage in the first place, these companies are total ripoffs and have no problem lying to your face. luckily, my credit union refunded my $300 because I kept good email records of my conversations with these criminals.
