Yup they hammer folks for the non refundabel deposits.. high pressure is how they are taught to sell.

Here are some of the reasons:- Americas only 30 year first lien mortgage where every deposit goes 100% to principal. - Americans only first lien 30 year mortgage with 24/7 draw ability 24/7. - The only first lien mortgage in America that recasts interest every time you make a deposit! 

At this point, they'd only sent me 3 properties and I realized it might not work so I requested we stop and honestly thought it would be a really reasonable request to return the 20k deposit/finders fee. 

In principal it sounds good but I am not sure how it is better unless it eliminates a large deposit.

Tenants are divorsing and leaving the property and we are now ready to return the deposit.

We allow Tenant Portal (ACH), Direct Deposit to our bank, Venmo, Strip (credit & debit cards) and old-fashioned mailing of checks. 

I made my deposit which of course was very easy and fast as money is going in to Federa. 

However, they will pay a double deposit and some other fees.
