My wife and I recently attended BPCON in Cancun and feel supercharged and are considering to begin scaling our portfolio.  

That part of the plan contradicts being near Denver where you can also find tenants easily though.

I then attended a couple of hearings when I had the time from my day job.BTW: Attending a hearing meant I had to sit there for seeral hours, listening to several other cases, before my case was heard.

A great way to start is by attending RE events and joining a local investors association.
