Reasons - a) Super easy for anyone to find transportation....LYFT/UBER, rental cars everywhere, etc... b) I would not want to be inserted into the 'liability loop', c) It does not provide a true value add IMHO.

. #1 - If you do have a home office and it is considered your principal place of business, you can deduct mileage/transportation costs to AND from your home and your investment property; both directions are deductible.
