I live on the main unit. 

Particularly I am looking at some 6-plex and 8-plex units in my target market.

I recently have connected with investors who are interested in assisted living facilities, with the play of unlocking government funding, not sure if there's similar opportunities with SL facilities.

My next step is to open a company in the United States, most likely in the state of Nevada.

So this reason I rented the unit.

It has been rented out as a complete unit for 3 years now. 

Not enough income for lenders compared to what else is out there for themThe biggest thing is the lot but other factors like the actual manufactured unit being quality and up to code helps a lot.
