Just keep in mind that if it is an older house with cast iron pipes and you lift the foundation, those pipes are likely to break and need replacing - partial or a complete repipe.

I think a daily allocation of 15-30 minutes for thoughtful communication on top of automations is probably a good starting point.An example that comes to mind is modifying an automated message going out for something personal that the guest shared with you in their communication so it has a warmer touch but the bulk of the lifting is still the base guest messaging.

Required distros for tax consequence.At the same time I kinda snicker a bit since the buyer... the investor... thinks they found the next Apple or Tesla investment (and they are clearly the smartest in the room), and then go off the rails when it all goes south, I can't help but shake my head and have a small giggle.A fool and their money soon go separate ways, Yes, but don't you wonder how they got together in the first place?

Also MTR pricing software might not be effective yet because there are so many variables with properties its hard to truly comp and get an apples to apples comparison (without looking further into the property and the amenities that are covered)For example the pricing software will not know exactly which utilities are covered, how nice the furniture is, term of lease which can impact the rate, other amenities that is not uniform amongst MTR inventory.I recommend manually finding comps on Zillow.
