With modern LED lights and no issue with load or heat this does not seem a high priority to me.

The pull back in these markets is due to a confluence of many factors, but it started with these environmental factors:Low interest rates and easy financing for new projects.Structurally high rent growth on existing inventory.High wage growth and high job growth.Very low vacancy.These factors led to floods of institutional capital coming to these markets to snap up existing multifamily inventory and build new supply to meet demand.For these markets, the last 5 years have been a seemingly never ending party!

I certainly led me to thinking that residential assisted living homes (RALs) may be a valid investment venture to dive into over the next few years.That being said, I am interested in connecting with anyone who has had any experience with RALs, and similar types of settings, specifically within the states of New York and New Jersey.

But just after taking my test, I learned of a friend who was making a KILLING selling sub-prime loans for an old mortgage lender called Countrywide.Well one thing led to another, I applied for the MLO job and got it, and Countrywide told me that I couldn't be a licensed agent at the same time as an MLO due to it being a conflict of interest.All that being said, I still don't know to this day if that was just a Countrywide rule or more of a formal regulation.

You definitely should've led with TikTok.
