People made a killing buying condos at a steal the last recession.

There is a chance a landlord will steal things and blame the tenant.

I put a for rent sign in the front lawn, in the front window (in case the kids steal the one in the lawn or it blows over) and maybe 1 or 2 at the nearest intersection (but not busy intersections).

All I did was advertised on CL, had an attorney, fielded calls, ignored the flakes, and investors wanting to steal the property from me.

You have to know you can trust them because they might be trying to steal the deal.

You experienced failure in wholesaling, and you have become bitter and let it steal the vision you had.I have come to similar hurdles in my business on multiple occasions and instead of letting it steal my vision, faith, and determination, I pushed harder.

The person could steal things, vandalism, or leave doors unlocked or utilities on light lights and a/c which would cost me money.

Stealth wealth is the way to go for me. 

We did not steal the flat screen either but that is not how the game is played.
