It is untenable for Private Companies to make a profit without buying another company that is leaving Florida and then declare Bankruptcy to Steal the companies leftover funds.

This is causing a stealth affordability gap which might gradually make its way into rent rates and into housing demand.

To me trying to steal the deal gets you a bad rep quick. 

As long as I'm wholesaling, I want my wholesale rep to be stealth (the deals are so good they never see the light of day)  and above-board  (I treat everyone fairly and I expect the same in return - I'm very conservative with the deal numbers & I don't command greedy fees so don't nickel and dime me and expect me to go back to the seller).  

Wouldn't they just steal the property from you potentially?

Find what you like and then steal the idea.

Someone else may swoop in and steal the deal out from under you before you get the contract!

I’m a wholesaler and was told to NEVER leave a potential buyer and seller alone together during a walk-through because the buyer could go around me and try to steal the deal.QUESTIONS:If I’m under contract with the seller and it’s filed with the title company, how could a buyer do that without it being breach of contract by the seller?

In Texas you get to steal the tenants deposit if there is no will or probate filed.

No idea why someone would steal the fiberglass and flexible ducts.
