With how much the Raleigh area is growing it seems like there is endless opportunity down there but I have struggled to get traction due to my lack of industry experience and local network.I would love to talk with anyone who would be willing to offer advice or lend a hand in any way. 

I started buying and selling an electronic device.

Traction should have picked up by now, if it hasn't you need to look a where you are compared to other rental units with pricing, condition, barrier of entry. 

Strap a device to ones back, say a glider, and all of a sudden the front-yard-fool can "fly".

Some homes are getting multiple offers, not as much traction as other places, but I'd consider it "somewhat" Competitive for the deals that are going, but the curiosity in High Point is slowly increases as more investors become aware of the investment potential of High Point. 

I am working on gaining some traction to purchase some rental properties as well.

I do think a program is coming, it's just a matter of time for Toledo to get the traction to put a program into place and begin friendly education and grant programs followed by firm language and eventual fines and enforcement. 

A new Jefferson County circuit court decision says all state inventory properties more than 6 years old are voidable by taxpayer, but I don't expect that decision to gain any traction with other courts. 

I started my real estate business back in 2014 and had minimum traction.
