I listed my property at $369k, mainly due to fact that the property was unaffordable to the ‘rank & file’, which made around $20 an hour.I had originally purchased the house in 1992.

Major metro's may rank their own horn book for landlord tenant city overlays but my guess is the local bar association guide is close as you'll get to city specific.

OP: I completed my MBA in my mid thirties at a top ranked business school while working a 158K a year job full time, sold a house, bought three houses and had four existing tenants turn over, all in the same year just weeks or days apart, while I was actually going 1.5 times full time.
