I bet if you were to set up an account put $250/mo in it for that stuff, you would be hard pressed to spend that much over the long term.  

I'm hard-pressed to let go of the 10% fee. 

And you need to flip since you're going to be hard pressed to buy and hold the properties and build massive wealth.
