Commercial loans should not evaluate your personal credit per se. 

There's a number of us in SE MI doing a variety of flavors of investing in various areas.

The SE is just too low-income.  

I have inherited some land in SE Georgia.

Since incomes are flat people aren't "moving up" per se like they've done in the past.
