I'm convinced some of the information in books is just plain wrong.With the right custodian, you can invest in anything not explicitly forbidden.

Plain and simple.

There's an inevitable emphasis on cheap repairs, maintenance, etc. or just plain deferring addressing things that need attention this year so that they can put them into next years budget (and raise the budget accordingly).  

I find the requests within reason and why the apartment wasn't checked in the first place for these items is a poor maintenance check list.Don't let the tenant fix anything, Just plain put on your work gloves and get it taken care of.Electrical issues, first, plumbing next first, and the rest is just as obvious as the tenant made it.Bulbs are not required to be changed out other than that I'd get it all completed ASAP.

They may go to question the guy and find some of the stuff sitting out in plain sight. 

I remember a member on BP asking their representative in one of their classes pointed questions which the rep couldn't answer or the info he was giving was just plain wrong.You can probably learn more on BP in one day than attending one of these events.

They are wrong, plain and simple.

Insurance companies have been adding services to Dwelling Policies, and some call them by different trade names, so it's best to forget the jargon and use plain language.

The reasons they have given me are that, I don't show enough income, the houses are in the corporations name or they just plain don't call back.
