My point is that automation in information technology only works as well as the information that's put into the system.

I do not face any technology sc**w ups.Only problem I ever face is NSF and the tenant pays all NSF fees as well as a administrative fee.

In much less than 30 years our transportation system will be completely overhauled simply by technological advances.

What's happening here is what happened to music with the ipod, video with streaming, pc games with Steam, etc...technology came that allowed something to be faster, cheaper, and easier. 

What are your thoughts on places with technology as a large sector doing?

The way mini-split units are designed and built, there’s a lot of technology all crammed into a small unit, so it’s rarely an easy fix (labor or material cost) when something breaks.
