Shhhhhhhhh A little secrete from an old timer.........From a bag of water conditioner salt rock place some on top of the soil or within a trench and back fill with earth or pack salt rock granules into 1/2 inch round holes drilled 6" apart through concrete 4" away from foundation footings along area of noted termites entering structure, plug drilled holes afterwords.

You should educate yourself on what parameters your going to invest in.for instance, if you have a come to jesus meeting with yourself and decide that you 'WILL' do a deal if it fits this and this and this and this and this, oh ya and this, don't forget about that and the other thing.When you come across a deal that fits all that then pull the trigger.The worst thing you can do is worry yourself out of a deal, however if you don't have your priorities straight another investor who 'KNOWS' what his parameters are will come in and swoop it out from underneath of you.With all that being said, what is/are you parameters?
