If there are toxins found, then require a disclosure on the toxins present in the house that could cause "suicidal thoughts" or "explosive diarrhea" or whatever they cause, you know, something like the warnings on most of the prescription drug commercials on TV!

We would then be forced with the ugly, distasteful and unfortunate dilemma of kicking out (or at least trying to) a very nice single-mother & child (who happen to be not-horrible tenants) during winter-cold February PLUS inconveniencing all the mothers who bring their 3 month olds to that particular daycare.This is not a pretty situation.If it comes down to an 'eviction' it could get ugly (it's one thing to evict a drug-dealer but another altogether to evict a single mom&child with daycare babies...!)

Obviously, smoking pot, snorting coke, agreeing with racist Jeremiah Wright, being friends with the terrorist Ayers, etc... are perfectly ok, you voted for a man who does these things.I am sure if a Tenant Application stated, "I use and sell drugs, associate with terrorists and my wife has been ashamed to be an American" on his application, you would happily rent to him.

Plus I think it would send two signals, the first signal being to potential criminals that they are on watch the second signal to the tenants that this is a safe environment.Reminds me of a new show I watched today, Flip Men, they bough a meth property amd they took steps to clean up the property and the surrounding area by: installing a motion light, upkeeping the back alley, confronting and taking pictures of the drug dealers...sorry off track, wifi...
