I have been browsing Neighborhoodscout.com and it offers some really great insights into neighborhoods.

I have used several and have landed on Followup Boss because of the smooth user interface and powerful functionality, especially when paired with some other systems -- like Zillow paid leads, Curaytor, etc.

Browsing thru sites like Zillow, I see properties under $80,000 throughout Fresno.

I would have thought Belmont or Matthews, a quick browse through multifamily listings in the area had much higher prices than I expected.

So, keep on with your Real Estate education by browsing, reading, listening, building your network and completing your BP profile too (which is a priority while you are here).

I started doing some research on mountain properties recently as well, but based on just some quick browsing on what's available on Air BnB and VRBO, that seems way higher than I ever would have thought possible, so I'd love to hear more about that.

Innago has a better user interface in my opinion, but they have a pretty in depth process to get initially set up and they are still growing their abilities so don't have bi-weekly rent payments as an option yet.
