It does not stop you from pressing charges.

My guess is you will be hard pressed to find someone there to do that as again Texas residents and the law place a premium on privacy and enjoyment.

I forget which agency it is with, but you can likely look it up for your state.A real estate lawyer can help you with all of this… but if your tenants have limited means, you may be hard pressed to collect the monies and you may have to weigh the worth of pursuing your filing versus the cost of doing it and likelihood of collecting.all the best!

When I had to do my landlord taxes for the first time, I bought "Every Landlord's Tax Deduction Guide", by Stephen Fishman, from Nolo Press, and it was very helpful to me.You might consider reading up on how the taxes work even before you start.  

From what I've read, the areas we are considering buying are hard pressed to have positive cash flow.

Thus, such property as production machinery, printing presses, transportation and office equipment, refrigerators, grocery counters, testing equipment, display racks and shelves, and neon and other signs, which is contained in or attached to a building constitutes tangible personal property for purposes of the credit allowed by section(e) Definition of building and structural components.(1) Generally, buildings and structural components thereof do not qualify as section 38 property.

Read some post or book or whatever somewhere and wanted to press to expand his net $4k monthly too $5k+, which no, pigs get fat and hog's get slaughtered. 

You'd be hard-pressed to find something like that at double the budget, $600k.
