Go in with the positive attitude....hello....I just wanted to check in on you and tell you the good news.....I'm not going to raise your rent for the next six months to $1000/month.....their response will likely be ....$1000 a month, what are you talking about, we only pay $300....bingo...now you know what they're paying, because you want them to pay it to you.   

I am In San Diego, every day that goes by I see the attitude changing.  

Remember, that many times a poster's attitude can be misinterpreted.

Sorry, I can't help you with your "Karen" attitude.  :-)  

But there is a good argument that things are getting close to the top with lower cap rates, higher stock valuations, likely interest rate hikes, global economic changes and attitudes towards globalization, etc. 

I do not take an us against them attitude...

You have a great attitude and drive and those are two essential items that will help you in the direction you are going. 

You can be as ugly as they come but if you have a positive attitude and confidence people will gravitate towards that spark of character and be willing to do business with you.

I do not build rapport and take it or leave it attitude. i am nice but very firm and I buy around 3 mobile homes a month.I just bought this home for $7,000 yesterday.

Don't go into real estate with a stock market attitude because you'll lose!
