I have to say this is a little bit ingenious, even though it is obviously fake!.   

I knew the yellow letters had reached their destinations because my phone has been ringing all day long!  

And I immediately scrambled to buy the list, prepare my custom yellow letter, buy a new ring central number, and by the time I got to the promo code screen it was 5:32 and it says the "promotional code does not apply".

Just think about all the RE agents who let their license expire because of missing their continuing education requirements and still close escrow after the fact.. if they get caught the RE department rings them up but escrow does not care they don't check to see if your license is current.  

Anything that brings your eyes and makes your phone rings is worth something.

Cold-Calling Absentee-Owners, getting REAL comfortable with the word "No." and having people you've never met before telling you to "Go F yourself" Stressing out when you haven't gotten a deal yet, and you feel like you're running out of Time, Resources, and Motivation to try to get this deal done.These are all examples of Normal Parts of Wholesaling.Then, one day..The phone rings, your heart-rate increases, your palms get sweaty, you grab your notes, Your script, your ARV's, Your Comps, Your Contract, Your PSA...

So I'm reading this thread of "stories" and thinking of a litany of my own experiences over the years and the phone rings.

Your best smartest move is to suck-up your pride and go kiss the ring, present the offer to be there 51% partner, put up all the capital so they will build the properties.
