I have one client from Nebraska reconsidering closing on his second home in Puerto Rico and an one investor worried about his 300+ rental portfolio between Florida and Puerto Rico (has now stopped all rehab projects).

In the NE specifically, I can see Philly, Baltimore, Boston, Charlotte (probably not due to social issues currently), and DC.
