Should I let my real estate licenses go?
9 July 2019 | 59 replies
@Kian TajadodBecause I believe in the Golden Rule, I only submit what I believe to be fair offers, and of course, that's subjective. You know in your heart if you're treating someone fairly. If I find that the property is priced at fair market value and I still can't get my numbers to work, I don't pursue that property because it's not a good deal. ;)If the property is truly overpriced, then I have no problem submitting a fair market offer.Good luck Kian, you'll do the right thing, don't worry!
