@Marcus Irons,A large number of homes listed for an extended period of time could be an indication but you need to dig farther.

Ironic thing is my other business primarily sells to multi family...For real-estate I wouldn't hide you are the owner.

Ironically, the only property that I have a bit of trouble getting everything straight for come tax time is the one that we have a management company look after.Hope this helps!

The backyard fence also needs some help, I have a broken wooden fence that I am tearing out and was thinking about installing an iron fence.

Ironic, that I had my vehicle broken into twice and my bike stolen from campus while living in Okemos, MI while at MSU compared to zero times, living in this neighborhood of people that make "bad choices" and are "educationally challenged."  

More things will come up along the way that would need to be ironed out.

Ironically, it looks like you're in a market I also would highly consider - in fact I'm interested in buying there after I get some close-to-home knowledge of real estate. 

I use a hot iron to put on my edges, I'd use one take the edge off.
