Another in our group tried one of those religious group coverages but that didn't work out too well for a major expense they incurred.We have self-employed friends who pay $20k a year (familia's plan) & yet others who have been just about bankrupt from medical emergencies.

Really, just try sitting down with them like they were another equal real estate investor (as far as the level of respect and belief that they are smart enough and willing to work out a fair agreement).

My personal belief (just my opinion) is we’ll see a 30-60% correction in real estate in many bigger markets.I’ve invested in financial markets since 2010 (where all my wealth has come from) and majored in international macro economics so I’d say while I may not know as much about real estate as some folks, my bread and butter is financial/global markets.
