Make sure you are listed on VRBO, booking.com, and possibly some more niche sites that feature ski destinations etc.

Now I have had A/V equipment go out much faster in other pool rooms, but to me it is a cost of doing business the way I like to run it and I am ok with that.Now having said, everything I said pertains to my market specifically but I think would also apply to most vacation destination markets.  

I own a 2/2 Jr suite in Destin, FL.

Occupancy seems to be low with less people traveling and international travel and cruises opened back up.

But i suppose if theres a family with a small child they may enjoy the separate space.Kind of think of it as separate cabins on a cruise or separate hotel rooms. 

I would also look at vacation destinations where the local income is lower, not capitals and large cities that have lots of well paid employment which equals higher cost of living. 

I have family there and it's probably our destination for retirement.
