Now I have had A/V equipment go out much faster in other pool rooms, but to me it is a cost of doing business the way I like to run it and I am ok with that.Now having said, everything I said pertains to my market specifically but I think would also apply to most vacation destination markets.

I would also look at vacation destinations where the local income is lower, not capitals and large cities that have lots of well paid employment which equals higher cost of living.
