The good ol' compound effect.I think that many people want to try so many different things but never go 100% because they're doing too much.

No way would I let a bunch of drunken fishermen with their rented bow babes on a 300+K boat!

In other words, you may have sold everything 15 times too many, and missed out on a lot of compound returns..

Asheville broker checking in here; to be honest, I would stave off those capital gains and rent it; especially because the average hotel room rates have gone up significantly year over year and this past year took the cake; compound that with the fact that most of them will no longer book for locals (or those with a local zip code) and you are in a prime rental area.     

Room for the kids, room for the bow target.

This all compounds my already $500 dollar loss.What I think I'm going to do is bill him for the utilities, and keep the original utility receipts. 

I see it often were deals are 500 bucks apart and the agents bow their back up .. and will let it die and lose there 8k commission..
