Once I get a "promising" candidate I continue to show but slow it down a little.I become less accommodating on showing the property not only because I don't want to waste my time but also their time knowing it's sorta kinda spoken for.However, they can change their mind just like that...so, I continue to show it but I push the showing schedule out a bit.
