There are a few things which are true. 1) always be testing your marketing material2) always have a handle on where your bottom line business comes from3) don't punt too soon.. marketing isn't like a strip club... things aren't going to happen that fast.4) the least expensive marketing is network marketing5) the most expensive marketing produces too many opportunities to fulfill6) don't react just because someone says it works for them.

I can understand that people are angry over what has happened over the past five years, but the way I see it flippers were just reacting to the market conditions at that time.

I use hand addressed letters and have noticed people respond/react to those a lot more than standard letters.
