The theme parks are still expanding, we are year round, and globally recognized unlike others that may have good recognition from the US population, but virtually unknown abroad.

An offensive lowball offer I received on a property I listed for sale in suburban Denver back in 2007 is what turned me into a real estate investor. 

However, to me, littering neighborhoods with signs is far more offensive than a postcard in the mail.  

James Wise is obviously a hard working businessman and posting a question about if the properties are a scam is offensive to me. 

I need the list of top cities in US only (Not Globally) which are good for multi-family investment.

This amateur stuff and no offense but that is not likely a solid route to make it.Will you get a deal via those methods?

These comments really apply to all materials, not just to you or this program, don't take offense, but those who might be endorsing some method in RE may not know what they don't know. :)    

There is no such thing as worthless real estate means no offense but you can't be a true investor.
