I normally lease but just bought two cars for my wife and I because both were sports cars and money factors are much higher on sports cars.   

But it’s simply not about money, it’s about life.A good friend of mine, who was born and lived here all of her life until a few months ago, who is a very successful lawyer, is into outdoor sports on one hand, but is also a club-going urban dweller on the other, and who recently moved to Seattle, summarized the Bay Area the best, in my opinion: there’s a lot of everything here, but everything is either shallow, mediocre, or so overcrowded that it’s no longer accessible or enjoyable (e.g.: Yosemite).

@Michaela G.I agree, I think spending money on cable TV and special ESPN sport packedChannels is "stupid" but that's just me.$1 and dream never hurt anyone. ;-)

I’m more of a SUV guy rather than sports car guy, but when I do get mine, I’ll pull up alongside you in my Lambo Urus. 😂.

Theme parks, sporting events, concerts, restaurants, airlines, retail are all going to take major financial hits.

When I finally bought a sports car (with cash, of course) after my portfolio set me 'free' I had the bumper sticker (No Payments) custom made and use it in my profile pic. 

We want to be there to support her emotionally, academically, musically and through sports.

We've traveled through the US quite a bit already, but we know there's so much more to see.I've used the Niche app as a great tool, but I find the best real answers come from personal experiences :)Tl;dr looking to move anywhere in the US with the following criteria:- Good for families (safe, good public schools)- Good place to invest in real estate (job growth, favors landlords, population growth)- preferably a major city or at least the suburb of a major city- culutrally diverse (I'm half Filipina/half German, husband is 1/4 Mexican and 3/4 white)- good schools- low state income tax- lots of parks and greenery (originally from Vancouver, Canada)- last but not least...lots of good restaurants!!!
