The house was built in 1910, wood frame and I just re-checked the attic on our way through (we live out of state) yesterday - it has about 2-3 inches of old blown insulation.We of course didn't buy this as an investment property, so we are only $150 over the mortgage, insurance and taxes on a monthly basis.

I love Arizona personally, but perhaps there’s a natural cap on how many people should live in a place with very little water (less than 8 inches of rainfall a year on average in Phoenix).
